Shipping policy

By ordering from Montessori Toddlers, you accept the policies contained herein.

PRICES, TAXES & DUTIES
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Australia, all prices are shown with tax included (UK VAT / Australian GST). This tax is collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. There are no customs charges, import duties or courier handling fees on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

For orders shipped to other countries, prices are shown excluding local taxes. Depending on your destination, import VAT, duties or sales tax may apply, either added at checkout or charged by your local customs authority when the parcel reaches you. Any such charges are set by your country and are outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
All prices in our store include standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Many of our orders are sent directly from our production partners, including in China.

TRANSIT & HANDLING TIME
In general, our shipping time is 7-10 days. This may vary with global holidays, courier cut-off times and similar factors.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. Please contact us via the Contact Form at www.montessoritoddlers.com.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@montessoritoddlers.com. Please note that we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
