By placing an order with Montessori Toddlers, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure that you, as our customer, are aware of our processes and procedures for returns and refunds.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days to request a return from the date you received your order. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@montessoritoddlers.com, and we will provide you with further instructions for the return. Returns sent within 14 days will be fully refunded, but you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs. Please note that we may not have a return address in your country.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, we will require documentation, such as a photo showing the damage.

DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING SHIPPING

If you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@montessoritoddlers.com. If the package was delivered without your presence, please reach out to us immediately for further assistance.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, incorrect in size, or faulty. Contact us at info@montessoritoddlers.com to discuss an exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the item amount once we have received and inspected the returned item. Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DELIVERY TIME

Our normal delivery time is 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to global holidays and courier schedules. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by factors we consider beyond our control, and we do not offer partial or full refunds for delayed orders.
We are happy to assist if you need help with tracking or pickup information.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are unable to change the delivery address once the package is already in transit. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@montessoritoddlers.com.
